The recipes we cook here aren't on the internet. Some have been passed down by mouth for as long as anyone can remember — a pinch of this, a handful of that, the kind of cooking you can't Google. We brought them with us when we opened Aladdin Kebab Grill in Tomball, and we cook every plate the way it was meant to be: over open flame, with no shortcuts, with the same spices we grew up with.
No freezers. No pre-made sauces. Every curry simmers the way our family taught us — slow, patient, hours of it. Every kebab is shaped by hand the morning we serve it. The recipes are quiet, traditional, and ours. You won't find them at a chain restaurant.
